4. Liability Waiver

• By participating in activities at The Jump, all users, or in the case of minors, their parents or guardians, must acknowledge and accept the risks associated with recreational athletic activities. The Jump requires all participants to sign a liability waiver before using the facilities.

• Participants assume full responsibility for their own safety, injuries, or any damage to personal property while on the premises. The Jump is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the use of our facilities.
